For the new Zaans Medical Center, caterer Albron commissioned Conceptional to develop a detailed Concept Book featuring three complementary F&B concepts: PIT, De Eetkamer, and the Koffiebar.

The new hospital functions not only as a regional healthcare facility but also as a connector between sickness and health. Albron’s F&B vision—focused on the power of fresh food and the social connection created through eating together—shaped each of the three spaces.

From staff dining to public hospitality, every concept was designed to foster energy, wellbeing, and a sense of community within the hospital environment.
