Walibi Holland – 2024–2028 F&B Masterplan

Walibi Holland is one of the Netherlands’ most thrilling theme parks, located in Biddinghuizen, with more than 30 attractions that cater to visitors of all ages. With an ambitious goal to exceed one million annual visitors in the coming years, the park is focused on elevating every aspect of the guest experience—including food and beverage.

Conceptional was commissioned to develop the F&B Masterplan 2024–2028, a strategic framework that supports Walibi’s vision for the future of dining within the park. The plan addresses key operational and spatial challenges, defines opportunities for new concepts, and integrates consumer and market trends.

The result is a forward-thinking roadmap designed to enhance guest satisfaction and spending through a cohesive, efficient, and experience-driven F&B strategy that brings Walibi’s energetic spirit to life across all dining touchpoints.
