Universe Science Park – Visitor Growth Strategy

Universe Science Park in Denmark is an adventure park where fun meets science. The park’s mission is to inspire children and young people to explore science, technology, and innovation through engaging attractions and hands-on experiences.

As part of its ambition to grow visitor numbers, Universe Science Park developed a new, future-proof Master Plan. Conceptional was responsible for the Food & Beverage strategy and provided operational coaching to strengthen performance and align the offer with the park’s visitor journey.

The renewed strategy led to a significant improvement in commercial performance — with average visitor spending increasing by more than 25% in the first year.
