't Circus Almere

Klépierre, formerly known as Corio, is one of Europe’s leading retail real estate investment funds. In Almere, the shopping mall ’t Circus had faced long-term vacancy due to its closed structure and peripheral location outside the main retail route.

To reimagine the potential of the building, Conceptional was asked to develop concept ideas that align with Klépierre’s vision of creating Favourite Meeting Places. The resulting proposal explored ways to activate the space through hospitality, experience, and community-driven concepts — turning an underused area into a lively social destination.
