Schuytgraaf Shopping Center – Fyn

Multi Corporation, a leading owner, manager, and (re)developer of high-quality shopping centres across Europe and Turkey, manages over 130 shopping centers and regularly supports smaller development projects. For the new shopping centre in Schuytgraaf, Multi and Falcom AM sought to integrate a distinctive F&B experience into the retail environment.

Conceptional was asked to support the operator in defining the Food & Beverage concept Fyn, a hybrid store where food, drinks, and retail blend seamlessly. The process included the creation of a detailed concept briefing, clear design guidelines, and an initial floor plan, translating the entrepreneurs’ ideas into a tangible, functional layout. The result: a versatile and inspiring concept that enhances the shopping experience and reflects the spirit of community central to Schuytgraaf’s new development.
