Schiphol Amsterdam Airport – Lounge 2

In collaboration with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, HMSHost commenced the redevelopment of the F&B offering in Lounge 2, one of the busiest areas of the airport. Conceptional was asked to oversee the concept development and design process of five distinctive F&B concepts, where brand concepts and proprietary formulas converge to enhance the passenger experience.

The five concepts together form a varied and vibrant hospitality landscape: Amsterdam Bread Company , a fast-casual bakery concept with freshly baked bread and coffee for travelers on the go. Café Coco , a sophisticated restaurant concept where foodservice and retail come together in a luxury setting. Heineken Bar , an iconic eye-catcher with a wide range of beers and matching bites in a lively atmosphere.

Street Food Market , a modern interpretation of an urban food market with various fast food stations. Frames Bar & Bites , an artistic lounge concept with bar food and international wines in a contemporary setting. Together, these concepts bring the essence of Lounge 2 to life: relaxed, moved, and surprised – an experience that makes every journey special.
