Schiphol Airport – Street Food Market

In collaboration with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, HMSHost, part of Autogrill S.p.A., the world’s leading provider of Food, Beverage and retail services for travellers, redeveloped the Food & Beverage offer of Lounge 2, one of Europe’s busiest travel hubs with over 60 million passengers annually. Conceptional was asked to create a fresh, sensory dining concept that would reimagine the traditional food court. The result was the Street Food Market, a lively collection of distinct food stations including The Oven, The Grill and The Market.

Inspired by Amsterdam’s street markets, this concept brings the authenticity, vibrancy, and spontaneity of outdoor dining into the airport environment. The Street Food Market was designed to feed the senses and lift the spirits, offering travellers an energetic and flavourful pause on their journey.
