Schiphol Airport – Frames Bar & Bites

In collaboration with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, HMSHost, part of Autogrill S.p.A., the world’s largest provider of Food, Beverage and retail services for travellers, redeveloped the Food & Beverage offer of Lounge 2, one of Europe’s busiest travel hubs with over 60 million passengers annually.

Conceptional was asked to develop an Art Café that would merge culture and travel into one immersive experience. The result was Frames Bar & Bites, a sophisticated yet relaxed bar concept created in collaboration with the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam.

The bar serves as the centrepiece of the lounge, offering an international wine selection, elevated bar food, and an artistic atmosphere inspired by modern design and creativity. Frames captures the intersection of movement and culture — a place where travellers can pause, connect, and be inspired.
