As part of the redevelopment of the F&B offer in Lounge 2 at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, HMSHost commissioned Conceptional to guide and develop several concepts, including Dutch Bar & Kitchen. With more than 60 million travellers each year, Schiphol demanded a concept that would proudly showcase Dutch identity to a global audience.

Dutch Bar & Kitchen brings together the best of Dutch design and flavour, offering travellers an authentic taste of the Netherlands. The menu features national favourites such as herring, kroketten, poffertjes, and stroopwafels — served in a warm, typically Dutch setting.

A comforting and characterful stopover for guests wanting to experience a piece of the Netherlands before take-off.
