Café Coco Schiphol – A Food Boutique

In collaboration with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, HMSHost, part of Autogrill S.p.A., the world’s leading provider of Food, Beverage and retail services for travellers, redeveloped the Food & Beverage offer of Lounge 2, one of Europe’s busiest travel hubs with more than 60 million passengers a year.

Conceptional was challenged to blur the lines between foodservice and retail. The result was Café Coco, an elegant food boutique combining gastronomy with indulgence. Guests can enjoy luxury chocolates, champagne, and refined bites in a variety of seating areas, including a unique viewpoint overlooking the airport runway. Café Coco creates a sense of calm sophistication amid the airport bustle — an experience that balances elegance, taste, and atmosphere.
