Roompot, one of Europe’s leading providers of holiday parks, commissioned Conceptional to translate its F&B Concept Strategy into a concrete implementation for the new park in Wijdenes.

Together with the Roompot team, Conceptional developed and implemented a self-service shop concept that integrates retail, leisure & entertainment, and front office functions. Designed for smaller parks, the model is highly efficient — it can be operated by just one employee who manages reception duties, bike rental, and F&B service. The offer includes fresh bake-off sandwiches, salads, smoothies, meals, pizzas, and coffee, meeting guest needs throughout the day. The self-service shop features a light, modern interior with a small seating area and terrace, creating a pleasant and accessible atmosphere.

Conceptional guided the entire process — from concept plan to menu design, from menu to functional layout, and from layout to the final equipment and flow — ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
