Roompot Kijkduin

Roompot, one of Europe’s leading providers of holiday parks, commissioned Conceptional to translate its F&B Concept Strategy into a practical implementation for the new park in Kijkduin.

Together with the Roompot team, Conceptional developed and rolled out several modular concepts, including a brasserie and bar, pizza, snack, and coffee bakery concept. These formats were designed to adapt to different park profiles in terms of capacity, target groups, and seasonal occupancy.

Conceptional translated the concept from plan to menu, from menu to layout, and from layout to technical implementation, ensuring smooth operational flow and efficient guest routing. The team also supported the entire implementation process up to the realization and opening of the renewed F&B at Kijkduin. The result is a flexible, scalable F&B solution ready to be applied across Roompot’s growing portfolio of holiday destinations.
