Conceptional led the food & beverage concept development for the resort, focusing on branding, storytelling, and menu creation. By diving deep into the heritage and local pride of the Ardennes, the concept celebrates regional flavours and traditional products, carefully sourced from local suppliers.

Unlike other Roompot resorts, the goal was to position Bois des Bois as a standalone destination, appealing not only to guests but also to the local community. The result is a distinctive and authentic F&B concept, where nature, regional craftsmanship, and culinary excellence come together to embody the true spirit of the Ardennes.
