Roompot De Peel

Roompot is one of Europe’s leading holiday park providers, with more than 200 parks across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, and Spain. Following the development of Roompot’s overall F&B Concept Strategy, Conceptional was asked to translate this vision into practice for Roompot De Peel. Together with the Roompot team, we rolled out and refined the All Day Café concept, combining F&B, retail, leisure, and front office functions into one coherent experience.

Designed for medium-sized parks, the concept is built on a flexible service model that adapts to both high and low seasons. In quieter periods, operations can be efficiently managed by a single employee covering reception, retail, bike rental, mini golf, and F&B service from one integrated counter.

The All Day Café offers a simple, all-day menu — breakfast, lunch, dinner, and takeaway — with a small retail area featuring bake-off sandwiches, juices, and daily essentials. The space includes a light, modern dining area and a large terrace, creating an inviting and efficient hub for guests throughout the day.
