Plaswijckpark – Sustainability Strategy

Plaswijckpark is a family park in Rotterdam designed for children and their parents to play, discover, and enjoy nature. The park invited Conceptional to evaluate its current sustainability efforts and identify concrete steps to enhance its performance—especially within its food and beverage operations.

In collaboration with We Design Food, Conceptional developed a Sustainable Food Route for Plaswijckpark. This pragmatic and holistic approach assessed the current situation and defined a five-year roadmap for gradually implementing sustainable practices.

Through this initiative, Plaswijckpark aims to become a benchmark for sustainability and responsible food experiences among small- and mid-scale leisure parks.
