Marmara Forum – Rebalancing a Food Court

Multi Corporation, a leading owner, manager and (re)developer of high-quality shopping centres across Europe and Turkey, commissioned Conceptional to review and optimise the food court and restaurant offer at Marmara Forum Istanbul.

The assignment included analysing the positioning, concept mix, and brand allocation to strengthen the centre’s appeal and commercial performance. Based on this analysis, Conceptional developed a comprehensive F&B Master Plan translating Multi’s vision on food into a clear strategy — combining operational feasibility with an enhanced customer experience.
