The brief was to develop a new restaurant concept that would strengthen the role of F&B within the resort. The ambition was to create a place that feels welcoming, accessible and relevant for different guest moments, from breakfast and lunch to dinner, drinks and informal social occasions. The challenge was to combine a strong guest-facing concept with a practical operational model that could work within the rhythm of a holiday park. Conceptional worked closely with the Landal team from strategy through to implementation. The work included defining the F&B direction, concept positioning, guest journey, menu logic and operational principles for the new park restaurant. By connecting strategy, concept and implementation, the restaurant could be developed as an integral part of the resort experience rather than as a standalone outlet.
