Intu Xanadú

Located just outside Madrid, Intu Xanadú brings together shopping, dining, leisure, and entertainment under one roof. With over 13 million visitors annually and more than 150,000 m² of retail and F&B space, it stands as one of Spain’s most significant mixed-use destinations.

Conceptional was commissioned to redevelop the complete Food & Beverage offer, analysing the existing situation and developing a new F&B Masterplan for the food court and SnowZone. The plan defined five themed areas — Fashion Time, Dinner Time, Family Time, Summer Time, and Play Time — each designed with a unique story, layout, and atmosphere.

Within the Dinner Time zone, two distinct experiences were created: a lively food court on the ground floor featuring local street food, and Worldwide Taste on the upper level — a culinary journey through global cuisines.
