Designed to bring together guests and brands in meaningful ways, the development will feature restaurants, hotels, events, sports, and entertainment venues all woven into a lively and walkable public space.

Conceptional was appointed as a strategic F&B partner to support Intu and Eurofund in defining a Food & Beverage Masterplan. The goal: to create a cohesive and attractive culinary vision that not only draws top operators but also ensures seamless operational performance aligned with Intu’s brand standards and long-term strategy.

Through a comprehensive analysis of consumer expectations, international benchmarks, and spatial flow, Conceptional developed a plan that integrates placemaking, zoning logic, and F&B typologies to maximize guest experience and commercial success.
