Inka Park – Pre-Opening F&B Plan

On the coast of Peru, one of the world’s most ambitious theme park projects is taking shape — Inka Park, a vast destination spanning the equivalent of 300 football fields. The park will consist of six immersive thematic worlds, complemented by resorts, a golf course, and a water park, all inspired by the rich cultural heritage of the Inca civilisation.

Commissioned by Jora Vision, Conceptional contributed to the pre-masterplanning phase for the park’s Food & Beverage strategy. Together with the Inka Park team, we provided early-stage guidance on capacity needs, guest flow, F&B typologies, and positioning, laying the foundation for a future-proof dining offer aligned with the park’s storytelling and operational goals.
