IKEA Amsterdam

IKEA wanted its restaurant concept to better reflect its core vision of “A Better Everyday Life.” Together with the IKEA team, Conceptional helped translate this ambition into a renewed restaurant and coffee bar concept for IKEA Amsterdam.

The project focused on promoting healthy and sustainable eating through a refreshed menu, an optimized kitchen layout, and improved food presentation. Conceptional transformed the menu into an operational plan that guided the new kitchen setup, introducing more plant-based dishes and modern serving styles.

Additionally, a standalone coffee bar was added to the restaurant area, offering barista-quality coffee, sweet treats, and fresh juices to enhance the all-day guest experience. Conceptional supported the full concept realization process, from design development to opening.
