Efteling Wonder Hotel - Restaurant Saga

Efteling is one of Europe’s most iconic theme parks, considered one of the world’s oldest theme parks. A fantastical place where fairytales come to life, the hotel is located at the crossroads between the theme park and the resort. This iconic hotel has been a landmark for Efteling for decades. In operation since 1952, it is evolving from ‘Luchtkasteel’ to the ‘Efteling Wonder Hotel’.

The Conceptional team was commissioned to revamp the ground floor of the hotel, from the lobby to the back of house, from breakfast to dinner time and kitchen to bar planning. All these design and functional elements need to be reconsidered to make the hotel operationally ready for the upcoming decades. The first step of this full scope project is to set up a concept strategy for all the F&B activities within the hotel. This hotel is all about fairytales and makes us wonder about bringing this into the menu design. Furthermore, the technical restaurant bar & kitchen design is developed by Conceptional.
