The resulting concept, Speys eten & drinken, is a fast-casual food court built around five open food stations, each celebrating a culinary element: Koffie & Graan (Coffee & Grain), Hop, Rund (Beef), Basilicum (Basil), and Olie & Azijn (Oil & Vinegar). Inspired by the historical roots of Jaarbeurs as a trading marketplace for spices and ingredients, the design merges energy, storytelling and functionality. Open kitchens, colourful canopies and flexible layouts allow the concept to handle peak event hours while creating a welcoming evening destination connected to Kinepolis cinema.
