CitizenM, an innovative hotel brand, is designed around a new type of traveller – one who values a luxury hotel experience in central city locations, but at an affordable price. A hybrid hotel that isn't just a place to sleep, but somewhere to work, relax, and play. The fourth London hotel is located in the centre between two exciting neighbourhoods, Belgravia and Westminster. Right next to the Victoria train station, the hotel hosts 226 rooms.

The newest citizenM in London, designed for both business and leisure travellers, citizenM London Victoria will provide space to sleep, work, meet and unwind, with proximity to Victoria train and bus stations, as well as attractions such as Buckingham Palace and the Tate Britain. This hotel has a mix of guests, which makes this property special, from locals to tourists to ‘mix and mingle’, therefore the customer journey is about the creation of hybrid and diverse spaces that invite both work and play.

CitizenM has different sites in London, every hotel has its own charm & character, but Victoria station was new in a sense of the type of guests and therefore the canteenM set-up was extended in terms of bar & kitchen capacity. For this project, the bar & breakfast flow and routing were key to consider and walk-through during the concept development process. Conceptional guided the team in terms of F&B space planning, bar & kitchen layouts and equipment based on their building blocks.
