The food & beverage concept revolves around cooking over an open fire and seasonal products, creating a warm yet refined dining experience. Conceptional also determined the design direction and guest flow , resulting in a harmonious whole between food, space, and service.
To make the experience complete, leisure elements such as karaoke, social darts, and electric shuffle were added — transforming ROAM into a vibrant destination where taste and fun come together.
