Brussels South Charleroi Airport – F&B Blueprint

Located near Brussels, Brussels South Charleroi Airport is Belgium’s second busiest airport, welcoming over 7 million passengers annually. As part of its long-term growth strategy, the airport is expanding with a new mezzanine level designed to improve passenger flow and experience.

Conceptional was appointed to create an F&B concession planning document for this upcoming mezzanine. This strategic blueprint outlines the positioning, concept vision, and spatial planning for the new food and beverage area — ensuring that each future operator and concept contributes to a seamless, engaging, and commercially efficient environment.

The plan includes a detailed translation of target group needs, desired look & feel, and technical guidelines, serving as a foundation for the next development and construction phases.
