CBRE Global Investors, one of the world’s leading real estate investment managers, is collaborating with various stakeholders on the redevelopment of Amsterdamse Poort, a key urban district in southeast Amsterdam. Originally established 30 years ago as a local shopping centre, the area is now undergoing a major transformation into a mixed-use hub where living, working, leisure, and meeting come together.

Given these shifts, CBRE GI recognized the need to redefine the role of Food & Beverage within the project. Conceptional was invited to develop a strategic F&B vision for the new Amsterdamse Poort, ensuring that its food offering reflects the diverse community, new urban rhythm, and vibrant energy of the redeveloped area.

The resulting vision positions food as a connector of people and cultures, creating a lively and inclusive environment that strengthens the sense of place and supports the area’s long-term vitality.
