Edwin is a senior consultant at Conceptional and basically grew up in the world of food & beverage. In his career he has held both multiple marketing and operational roles and contributed to the growth of many larger Dutch restaurant groups. He is a seasoned operational executive and has been responsible for larger portfolios of restaurants, such as Restaurant Company Europe, De Beren Restaurant and most recently COO of Happy Italy. Edwin joined Conceptional in 2020.
Edwin has a strong combination of marketing, operational and project management skills. He excels in complex multi-functional programs and projects where he has the ability to drive excellence and speed while keeping all stakeholders connected.
