About Dirk,

Dirk van den Wijngaard is a partner at Conceptional and has 15 years of consulting and concept development experience in the Food&Beverage market. Dirk has worked across many International markets and for a broad range of clients.  From catering companies, real-estate, international F&B brands to leisure-parks, hotel chains and local operators. Prior to Conceptional, Dirk was responsible for the development and roll-out of one of the Unilever foodservice concepts, Ola Happiness. 

Dirk is a true box-to-box player and drives the process from initial strategy and ideation to actual construction and operational implementation. This also means that there is a continuous healthy balance between creativity and pragmatism.  The core of Dirk’s work is  concept and menu development, but he has also executed numerous placemaking projects.
