Sowl – Belgium
Sowl is a digital first restaurant concept in Brussels, focus on healthy nutrition and eco restaurant, all food served in bowls. It all started in the beginning of 2019 with a clear purpose on sustainable food rich in flavours and innovative, while fighting for ecology. The first store was opened in Brussels and followed by the second, then there was time to reflect and evaluate the business for future growth.
The main objective of the project was to defining the brand essence of Sowl and use it as a strong basis for growth. Sowl was developed in a fast pace, learn by doing and makes use of the back-end of Exki. To streamline the business for sustainable growth nowadays foodservice brands & concepts need a clear F&B concept strategy, being flexible and make use of multi-use concept format. The first step in the process was a quick scan and site visit which leads to a concise action plan on store level and as a guidance for the decision making process of the leadership team.
This has been captured into detailed concept quick scan presentation and action plan. Followed by renewed brand essence in branding, menu, marketing & communication, design experience, multi-use concept format and team & operations.
