Roompot is a leading provider of holiday parks in Europe. In total, the group has more than 200 holiday parks in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, and Spain within its portfolio.

After Roompot commissioned us to draw up the F&B Concept Strategy which enables Roompot to make strategic choices in the F&B offer in terms of concepts, hybrid and flexible models, assortment, design, and presentation, Roompot requested Conceptional to do the translation for park De Peel.

Together with the Roompot team, we started the rollout and further development of Roompot’s All Day Cafe concept in combination with retail, leisure & entertainment, and the front office. This concept is perfect for medium-sized parks because it is efficiently implemented through a flexible service model which can be changed between high and low-season occupancy of the park. The operation in low season can be done through 1 employee who can fulfill both a reception function, man the retail cash desk as well as manage the bike rental, mini golf, and F&B offer through 1 counter in which all these functions are efficiently and attractively incorporated.

The All Day Cafe offers a menu with an option for every moment of the day through a limited breakfast, lunch, and dinner offer as well as a takeaway assortment. The assortment is arranged in such a way that operationally it involves few actions and can be done by all employees. The All Day Cafe also has a small retail area with fresh bake-off sandwiches, juices, and daily essentials. The All Day Cafe also provides a seating area and a large terrace in a light and modern design.
