Plaswijckpark is a recreational park located in the northern edge of Rotterdam. The park consists of a Speelwijck (play area), Dierenwijck (animal farm) and Wandelwijck (walking park). The park has grown substantially in recent years, with visitor numbers of 460,000 in 2016. Plaswijckpark asked Conceptional to optimize the Food & Beverage concepts in the park. Through multiple site visits, a proposal was formulated for optimization in the form of quick wins. In addition, an overall Food & Beverage strategy was developed for the next five years to match the vision of Plaswijckpark.
