HMSHost is part of Autogrill S.p.A. – the world’s largest provider of Food, Beverage and retail services for travellers. In collaboration with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, HMSHost has started the redevelopment for the Food and Beverage of Lounge 2 (Airside). With more than 60 million passengers per year, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is the third largest airport of Europe. Lounge 2, ‘makes you smile’, the story of 12 million passengers from all over the globe. “Relaxed, touched and surprised” Conceptional is asked to carry out with HMSHost the concept development of F&B concepts for Lounge 2. This means Conceptional will be involved in the development and design process of five concepts, both branded as well as non- branded F&B concepts. 

Amsterdam Bread Company: Especially designed for people on the move, fresh coffee and artisan breads made on the spot to show the process of making bread. Café coco: Where foodservice meets food retail, a full service concept with high quality food in a luxurious environment. Heineken: A centrepiece – innovative bar concept serving a wide range of draught and bottled beers with handheld food. Street Food Market: New approach of food market eating experience with several fast casual food stations serving street food in a market atmosphere. Frames: Is a state of the art – fully blended bar concept providing bar food and international selection of wines in an artful décor.
