Conceptional, commissioned by HMSHost, is involved for guidance and development of different Food & Beverage concepts, like The Dutch Bar & Kitchen. The concept reflects the best of Dutch designs. Authentic Dutch specialties like herring, kroketten, poffertjes and stroopwafels are available in typical Dutch sphere.
