Blanchardstown opened in 1996 and has since become Irelands largest retail and leisure development and the country’s most populair retail park destination. To meet the developments within shopping centers and the growth of visitor numbers, Blanchardstown Center wants to extend their shopping center. Multi has asked Conceptional to assess the current F&B offer for Blanchardstown Center in Dublin and to come up with a comprehensive F&B strategy and vision for the future for the existing as well as the newly to be developed area. Blanchardstown shopping center currently has 17 million visitors on an annual basis, approx. 180 Retail / F&B units and with approximately 110,000 sqm GLA.
