Alamar is a master franchisee and operator for Domino’s (450 stores) in the MENAP (Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan) region. Together with Alamar’s team we are working on a full re-concepting & design of the stores for Domino’s and roll-out program in the region. Alamar has a solid position in the region of QSR- industry and rapidly expanding & diversified Food & Beverage offer.

The main objective of the project was to create a tailored local design to improve overall customer in-store experience and brand communication within the International Domino’s Pizza Framework. Emphasising Market leadership, technology & Innovation, quality & freshness whilst embracing local community. This new design is derived from thorough market analyses and in-depth research into the relevant local target groups. Based on clear design principles we have enhanced the pizza theater experience and clear guidance and design on brand and communication touch points. Making this a holistic and seamless experience.

This has been captured into detailed and clear brand & design manuals allowing efficient and uniform application of the design for new build stores, redesigns, mobile units and other brand touchpoints. Followed by setting up a clear design-pack process allowing for swift-roll out in the GCC region.
