Covid-19 has changed our world dramatically. Also the food-services industry has been hit in its very heart and many businesses are threatened in their existence. We all want to go back to normal as quickly as possible, but for the foreseeable future we will need to operate in a market which is ruled by new regulations and restrictions, were guests have new expectations, needs and perceptions and were our teams need to redefine the core value of our business, guest-focus and hospitality.
